She worked as a strategic business analyst in the corporate world for several years before following her heart to train as a professional actress, working in the industry for a decade. She later set up a successful theatrical agency, managing the careers of over 60 performers working in TV, film and theatre.
For the last 17 years, Nicola has run an award-winning business working one-to-one with thousands of clients, and training and developing several hundred individuals to set up and develop their own businesses.
She took herself from £30k in debt, to becoming a thriving business owner, and has since won 10 industry awards for Business Mentoring, Sales and Entrepreneurship. Nicola has spoken on BBC radio and at live events and conferences across the UK, and is a member of the Professional Speaking Association.
She lives in Surrey, UK with her history teaching husband, two sons and Cassie, her much-loved fox-red labrador. She is slightly addicted to cross stitch, solving puzzles, and Earl Grey tea.
